Add Provider in Model Catalog

1. Go to Model Catalog → Add Provider
2. Select ElevenLabs
3. Enter your ElevenLabs API key
4. Set the custom host to https://api.elevenlabs.io
5. Name your provider (e.g., elevenlabs)
